  History and Tracing

Cute Reminder provides you with the opportunity to trace events. This means that you can see the individual history of any specific issue. This can be very useful when you have to recall a process of negotiation or tasks you have completed to reach a goal.

Example: Consider the following simple scenario. At 11:00 AM you have contacted a subcontractor regarding a contract. They informed you on the direct phone number of John Carey (who is in charge with this issue) and asked to call him at 1:00 PM. You have set a new reminder accordingly (1). Then you have made a call to John Carey at the specified term, but the line was busy so you have postponed the reminder to 15 minutes (2). At 1:15 PM you have given him another call and he has promised to send the contract to you via fax until tomorrow 3:00 PM. Then you have changed the reminder's text to "Check a fax from John Carey with the contract" and have postponed it until tomorrow (3). After the fax has been received, you have confirmed the reminder, which has been automatically marked as "Done" (4). The sample of how the Trace can look like in this case follows.
